How to track the Status in Delhi

•To track the status online visit the official website of CEO Delhi

• Check the status using the Application ID

• Choose the required form which you want to check the status- Form 6, Form 6A, Form 7, Form 8 and Form 8A.

• Enter the ID and the Captcha code and click on the "Search" option to generate the results.

Track the Voter ID card Status via SMS

• Currently, this facility is not available in Delhi but may be rolled out in Future. To check whether your name is included in the electoral list, you can send the following SMS to 7738299899.

• The format for sending the SMS is- EPICvoter ID number

• Through the ECI Helpline Number:

• The Delhi has two ECI Helpline numbers provided for the applicants to call:

• Helpline- 1800111400

• Call Center- 1950

These numbers are toll-free and are available on all the working days between 10:00 am- 5:00 pm.

How to apply for a Duplicate Voter ID Card in Delhi

If your Voter ID card is stolen, then you have to file a complaint with the Police Station. Also, if your Voter ID Card is lost or misplaced or damaged you can apply for the Duplicate Voter ID Card.

The process for applying for a duplicate Voter ID Card is as follows

• If you have misplaced your Voter ID Card, then go to your nearest Police Station and file an FIR.

• You will need this FIR copy to apply for the duplicate Voter ID.

• Provide a letter to the police station mentioning the date of the loss, place of loss, Voter ID Card number and the name on the Voter Card.

• Fill in the form 002, which can be downloaded online and attach to the FIR. This form is meant to the Duplicate Voter Card issue.

• You will also have to submit the additional KYC documents like the age proof and residence proof.

• Submit all the documents including the Form 002 at the nearest Election Commission Office. The application for the duplicate EPIC will be reviewed and if all the information provided is found correct, then the duplicate Voter ID Card will be sent to your residential address.
